We recently had a group of our packages delivered to us by the post office because they mistook our return address for the recipient's address. I initially thought that was pretty dumb, but after labeling a couple packages myself, I could see how that could happen -- especially on a small parcel where the label might wrap around -- because the return and recipient addresses are the same size and the names are equally prominent. Might it be possible for your fine programmers to make a change in the look of the shipping label? Perhaps downsize the return address, make the name in the return address smaller than that of the recipient, unbold the name in the return address, add a From and To line to each, and/or give us the opportunity to edit the shipping label ourselves. Any of these would be fine with me, but it is obvious the return and recipient addresses need to be differentiated enough so that we don't confuse our poor postal workers.
