Hello,

I've been trying to get the ability to post auctions since Thursday, but haven't been able to get anywhere. Here's the deal..

The first account I signed up was named 'indigo75'. When I decided I'd stick with the service, I opted to change the UserID because I wanted the store URL to match the name. Since you can't just change a UserID, I had to make a whole new account.

My EBay user ID is on my other account. I deleted it, but it wouldn't let me add it to the other account, so I sent a message on Thursday to support asking for help. I got a response on Friday morning asking me to put the ID back on my old account and it would be manually moved.

I did so and e-mailed back, but nothing happened, no response. Twenty-four hours later, this morning, I sent a second e-mail about it and still no response.

I've completely moved from my old service to this one and am rapidly getting frustrated because I can't launch any auctions.

Please help,
Stacy

Hi Stacy,

I moved your eBay ID into this account now. You will however need to go to the Universal Registration tab and click to edit your eBay ID to now include your password and default email address.

You will then be set up to list your items and track them without error.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Okay, this may be something I'm just overlooking, but I don't understand it. Now that I have an Ebay account on my account when I go to launch an item, I still can't. It gives me the error:

You can not launch this item on EBay because there is no stie information on file for this site.

Is there somewhere else that I'm supposed to put site information?

Hi Stacy,

If you are listing from your inventory, click on the title you want to launch and scroll to the bottom.
Click the 'setup' link next to the little eBay icon, which will take you to the page where you can specify the eBay site specifics for this item.

Then you will be able to list without error messages.
