As much as I detest the subject title, I still use the FB reminder as it is very handy. Today, I sent about 5, only 1 of the boxes got checked and that same one was the only one that turned blue too. Don't know now if they were sent and just not marked, or more importantly, who I sent them to, as I certainly don't want to send them twice, especially with that demanding subject line!!!
Please advise!!

Hello,

If the box does not appear to be checked, the reminder was not sent out. If you click to send the reminder, and the page doesnt refresh and show that box checked try sending it once more.

I did try a second time with # 4119, still no check mark. The only one that worked is # 9841. The ones that aren't are: 4119, 1542, 7869, 8103

Please advise.

Christophr, I have a feedback stuck in processing too. It's a custom (negative) one. Anything I can do to move it along or is the problem in AW's end?

I am going to forward this along to engineering to test out a little for you. I was able to replicate this in your account myself even.

ultimato - If it lists as processing, it did not go through. Click to send it again, and it should clear the system.

I've clicked four times and I still get processing. I'll go and leave it directly from Ebay and let you know if I get the problem next time.

Hi ultimato,

I am not sure if it is related or not, but there is a post on the announcements board yesterday from eBay saying they are having trouble accepting feedback and are working on it. There has not been an update on that issue as of yet.

The feedback went right through when I did it from Ebay directly. Haven't done any through AW since then.

Wanted you to see this from one of my customers: "Thanks for the reminder. FYI, I received several (maybe 5 or 6)
duplicate e-mails from you. Just thought you should know in case you have a problem with your e-mail."
Also, I too would like to register my formal complaint about your response to tillies2treasures: "No, we get thousands of suggestions, not all of them go live on the site the day after they are suggested". That is a fairly offensive, sarcastic remark, Christopher. Especially since the idea has BEEN suggested for MANY MANY months - NOT just yesterday - by several people, including myself!!!
Also, your statement, "..there is no current ETA on when or if this particular suggestion will be put into place." While it is refreshing to get a answer that seems a little more honest than most, it is still an insult to us, the members, being told in a scolding tone that we are, essentially being ignored in this matter. You owe us a "why" - Why can't - and why hasn't- this simple request been obliged? You don't have to make an edit field - just change the subject line!!!THATS ALL!!!! We are all beginning to wonder if there is some sort of petty power struggle or personal issues of control or something going on over there. You are creating an "us against them" attitude. VERY bad PR. VERY bad policy. VERY disappointing.
