Thanks for locking my post Christopher! That was fast! As soon as the word FREE is mentioned...better get a move on that!! I did as you suggested and went over to another section, the eBay Outlook (the only one I could find that has a discussion about this error problem) and here is what I read:

So, Christopher, where do I go? I'm just a little disappointed at the runaround I'm getting. All I want to know is what do I get out of this? I am a paying customer. It ain't all that much but it's a meal or two I could be making for my kids. Just want to be compensated for my loyalty to your service!!!
You go to the Auction Manager forum if you have questions about the Auction Manager product, or more specifically you go to my thread about the outage if you have a question about the outage or how it effects your auctions.
If you have feedback you would like to share with us, on topics like refunds during outages you would go to the feedback forum.
This is not the feedback forum. That is the only place we will address those issues.
