The post sales keys are not turning solid today when I email some one thru the post sales part of auction watch. Also the box appears checked, but then the check disappears. Hope you can I. I have to contact my buyers.

Hi Joyce,

Is there a specific step where the keys are not turning blue? I checked out your post sale auctions and all of them have the 1 box shaded, indicating you have indeed sent out the WBNs.
