The problems regarding launching auctions have now been resolved. Please resubmit your auctions for launch. We are currently monitoring the situation, and will post another annoucement later this morning.

hi sonya, i'm back listing after being gone for over a month..so it usually takes me alittle to get up and running...i tried to launch this morning...just one auction and i got an error... after reading you notice i saw that i can relaunch and then there's chris's above yours but the dates are older...please clarify...should i still keep mine in pending...and if so...any ideas to timing..thanks shanti

Can you give me an idea of how far behind auction launching is? I have auctions scheduled to launch at 7:00 pm are they going to launch at 7:00pm or will it be 7:30 or perhaps even 8:00 before they get to ebay?
I need some idea as I do not want them launching at 2:00 in the morning due to AW's back log.

Hi Shanti,
You should be able to relaunch those auctions. If they don't go through, please let me know.
RichieRich -- I am not sure of the backlog, most likely everyone is resubmitting their auctions right now but I doubt that your scheduled time of 7pm will be affected. If I get anymore information on this I'll let you know.

Sonya and Christopher - Thanks for your updates, although slow or lacking at times, they have been helpful. I know you had to sleep last night even though many of us are up then. THANKS FOR YOUR VALUABLE SERVICE. I hope to see more posts thanking you.

I listed 2 auctions yesterday afternoon around 5-6p.m.PDT. They did not show up in "pending" after 10 mins. but I had to go out and didn't check again.
I received no error message either, only the usual "OK" type message...in other words they should have launched. They were "launch now" not relists or scheduled.
But they're nowhere to be found. Not on listed on ebay, no confirmation e-mail, no pending, with errors...just vanished!
Anyone else get this...and are they likely to re-appear?

Hi Uglimouse,
I just checked your pending list and at the end of your pending auctions, there are two auctions that errored out. I am assuming these are the two you tried to launch yesterday. You should be able to resubmit them for launch now.

Thanks Sonya; but they're not showing in AM on my control panel/ pending screen list at all!
Is there any way that you can pop 'em up for me? I've clicked on "refresh" button each time, and still nothing appeared. I'm sure those 2 you can see are the ones I'm missing. I don't have the text saved, so I'm hoping I don't have to re-write the descriptionds again..

Hi Uglimouse,
There isn't anything I can do to make them move up in the order, but I can tell you where I see them. From your Control Panel I clicked on the Pending link on the left hand side, in the Display Options box. That brought me to a complete list of your pending auctions and the last two were the ones that errored. If that isn't them, let me know.

I've found them, re-scheduled them, and saved the text..just in case!

What launch errors are you running into?

Hi,
Lauch problem fixed... NOT!
I really wish I could conduct my business! After last night and now this. All of my listings are coming up with not only, 4-5 dialog boxes that say 'scripting error", but the font is so tiny you can't read it. I use a an HTML program ... and know how to use it, and they did not look like they do when I was batching them. I always preview my listing before launching them ... sometimes 3or 4 times before I sink up.
Auctionwatch PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEMS! I am coming to my breaking point.
