I have just spent 2 hrs relaunching what I spent 5 hrs on yesterday,Some launched and several are coming back with this error The following message was returned from the scheduler while attempting to list your auction:

Invalid Region.
The region number you have entered is invalid. Please enter valid region.
If this error message does not provide enough information regarding the source of the auction error, you may preview the auction insertion. Otherwise you may edit the auction information or attempt to schedule the auction again.

These are relist that have been relisted before no changes have been made. What know?
I need help asap I do not have time to keep messing with these problems

Hi Mbryzip,

Please try to launch these auctions again, as I was able to successfully do the ebay preview on them they should launch this time around. Let me know if you run into any trouble.

Hello,

Could you pay out the exact steps you take to where you run into this error, so we can try to replicate it the exact same way you are?

Also, in doing so, let us know an item we can use to try to do the same thing as yourself that you do not mind if it actually lists - in case we are unable to replicate and it launches.

This is the error we are getting now:

Failed in payment methods.
Sorry, but you must accept at least one payment method.

We have never experienced this error before. We have 13 errored out auctions and 150+ scheduled to start.

What is causing this exact problem and when will it be fixed?

Spending many extra hours trying to get auctions listed is twice as frustrating to us as having to fix all of these problems is to you.

What is going on there?

Hi hdoutlet,

Engineering just contacted me at 5:22 PST to say this error was corrected, if you got this before then try simply resubmitting your items at this time and let us know the results of your efforts if they do not go through.

mbryzip - we are still looking into this region issue, as soon as we have an update we will post back to this thread.

AW Chris,

Thank you for the quick response on the problem being fixed. We have successfully been able to restart the 13 auctions manually.

HOWEVER, you have failed to answer the question as to WHY we are experiencing these exact errors and having to go through the manual process of restarting each auction.

Please reply.

Thank you,

Hello,

You had to go into each one to resubmit them one at a time? That is not an error we are aware of, so my apologies for not addressing it. What happened when you attempted to resubmit those 13 items in bulk, that you could/can not?

Or are you asking what it was on the engineering side of things that needed to be corrected? If so, I am sorry, we do not release that type of information, the error has already been corrected and you should be able to resubmit your items - one at a time or in bulk from pending.

When we selected all thirteen at one time to relist we received a time out error. Like we used to all of the time when listing more than 5 or 6 items at once. (This problem of only listing 5-6 items at a time had been alleviated in the past week or so).

So we had to start each one individually so we would not get the time out error.

Maybe it is just your system over worked trying to get caught up with the back log and not a systemic problem with the software as you have been experiencing the past couple days???

Thank you

Did anyone figure out the invalid region error?.I never recd word from anyone,Looking at other post I see others are having the same problem Will this effect todays relist? Do I need to do anything? Will auctions I schedule today relist? It would be nice to know.I have spent most of the last 2 days trying to launch. If the system is down I need to know.I tried to resubmit the ones in pending 5 times or more.I can relaunch manualy one at a time which I had to do on 50 that errored out last night.Should I just relist one at a time or can I schedule?

Hi Mbryzip,

The invalid region problem has now been fixed -- go ahead and resubmit the auctions that failed because of this problem. If they do not go through let me know.

Lakelady -- I have checked your account and I only see one auction that is in pending and it is scheduled for launch in about an hour. I did not see any errored out auctions. If this auction fails, please let me know.
