I have been trying for the last two days to launch my auctions and I am receiving an error message that says user id and password are invaild. Not sure if this is part of the problem or not. Has any one else experienced this problems and also if so how do I fix it so that I can launch my many auctions that are still pending. Help would be appreciated.
The error message coming back from eBay states : 'Your password is not valid. Please try again.'
You must have changed your password since you last listed here without error, and just did not update it here on AuctionWatch.
Go to the Universal Registration tab and click to edit your stored eBay ID, change the password stored to the most recent password you used to log into your eBay account. If you are unsure if you changed it recently, go to eBay.com and click to log into your account first, then make sure the password that logs you in without error is the one you edit here in AuctionWatch.
