I think AW has made a wise decision to join the eBay marketplace. I would think this would greatly diminish the downtime and problems associated with the eBay changes that affect 3rd party clients like AW, and would definetely please a somewhat disgruntled crowd that AW has over the constant problems we are currenlty having with AW due to the ever changing platform on eBay that all 3rd party vendors have to deal with.
The fee structur is tough:
Pricing Tier Monthly Usage Fee Prepaid Transactions per Day *
API Select $3,500 35,000
API Premier $10,000 100,000
