Hi Moncollect,

Unfortunately, due to a bug we have recently discovered in a vendor's software application, we are currently required to limit the number of image upload fields to 9. We are actively working with the vendor in locating a fix for the bug, and we hope to have this issue resolved shortly.

If image upload capability being limited to 9 images at one time poses a significant problem for you, you might consider trying our Auction Manager Pro or Auction Manager Business Edition products; both allow batch uploads of large numbers of files with 'drag and drop' capability (and much more!) More information on these products is available at:

Sonya,
Thanks for the information. I also found this out from several other members who said that uploading images has been this way for at least the past day or so. Will this be corrected before the new services begin as I have heard some people claiming otherwise?

Hi Moncollect,

I am not sure about that, I will have to check. If you have a lot of images to upload that surpass the 9 available fields, I would recommend you try to upload images using Business Edition or AMPro.

Sonya,
I hope that the rumors regarding the image upload are just that. We all paid for the service for a year which imcluded the higher number of image uploads. If AW wants to change the service that's fine, but at the least we should be given what we signed up for this past year.

Hi,
Has the software bug been fixed yet?? I have not heard anything regarding this since the new fee structures were introduced. Will we be getting the spaces to upload images we had when we signed up for paying accounts or will we be left with only 9?

Sonya,
Have you ever found anything out regarding this issue?? I understand you get numerous questions daily as do I owning a business, but an answer would be appreciated. I have helped AW to gain at least 75+ users who all do list a lot with your services. I have asked numerous times when we will get all the listing spaces back only to be ignored. I hope that I eventually get an answer on that question. I paid for a service for a year and I am now not getting what was there when I signed up. If you want to change you prices fine, but at least give me the listing spaces that were provided when I signed up for a paid year contract. My business associates also signed up for paid accounts due to that listing feature. You at received approx. $15,000 this past year from the 75 people who signed up. The least AW could do is finish out your contract with us until the new contracts begin. We have used you when you were free and we all signed up for you when you changed to fee based. How about giving us what we signed up for.

I HEAR YA!! I am a pretty big user and upload about 200 pictures at a time!! This 9 at a time is costing me tooooo much time money and aggravation!! It has been going on much too long. Also another very important suggestion, request and comment. Would you please impliment a checkbox option by the pictures so that when some of us that use pictures over and over again, can just click on the boxes and hit submit, instead of having to click on each icon, it is ridiculous! If you don't click on the next picture icon fast enough the stupid big picture starts loading and well, when you have hundreds to reload it is a true nightmare. How hard would that option be to implement?
