My post sales WBN notices are not going out to my customers. Auctions which have closed on Sunday have not been updated nor moved to the closed auctions. Whats the problem??

Hello,

Try selecting those items and using the refresh button built into the page. If they are stuck in active, that should drop them into the closed section where the WBN can be sent out.

Of the 20 or so auctions that I had close out last night, 3 WBNs had to be manually sent. They were items:

1011434608

1011434173

1011434553

All other WBNs went out just fine and the above three went out OK using 1-click send...but why didn't they ALL go automatically??
