I'm new to the WBN process. Is there any way to send a WBN if the bidder won multiple auctions? I had someone recently win 2 auctions. I edited the WBN to include shipping on the first item but no shipping on the second item.
Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hi Msanders,
Unfortunately, the feature you are requesting is not currently included in our suite of Post Sale Management tools. We do realize that it is an important feature for our high-volume sellers, and please be assured that we are working on incorporating this in the future.
In the meantime, we have developed a workaround which you may try to use in the event that you have a single bidder with multiple purchases. Please try the following:
- Click on the non-paying bidder button and enter the e-mail address of the bidder together with the total amount of all purchases that he has won.
- Next, edit the WBN in step 1 and provide an explanation in the e-mail message of the break down of the total amount due.
