Last night I signed up for an account so that I could start using AW...I completed all the info except registering my credit card. Today I am trying to register my card so that I can begin using the site and it is telling me that my user ID is already stored in another account...obviously mine from last night...so does anyone have any ideas how to solve this? I sent an email to AW but that could take awhile....

Hi RuthieG,
You can store your credit card in your My Account tab, in either Personal Information or when you are choosing a payment plan. Is that what you are trying to do? I am a little unsure.

Thanks ...I will try that...I tried to create a listing and it gave me a click on to give the info and that is what I was using...I will try the my account that you suggest and see if it will go from there...thanks for your quick response.
