Sonya....I went to MY account and it is showing my credit card info and there and verified.however when I try to create a listing it tells me I have to submit credit card info before I can create a listing? Any ideas...
I looked at your account and saw you haven't stored your eBay user ID in Universal Registration. Click on the Universal Registration tab, then go to Store Existing Accounts to input your eBay ID information. You should then be able to create listings to eBay.

Sonya...I think I have with your help solved the problem....I suspect that this might be what the problem was...
First a question...
Are the old records (before AW started charging) still stored? I was entering my old (before charge) user ID instead of RuthieG....so I kept getting a user ID error...so now I am thinking my old information is still on record and maybe I have two accounts? What do you think?
