I have a problem with customers thinking by filling out the information form from their WBN, that they have made payment with PayPal or BillPoint. Anyone got any ideas how to avoid this situation? I already have added a notice that this is not an invoice or payment form, but I really think people just don't read! Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi Horsehelper,
The only solution would be to edit your default WBN text to let your winners know that paying by Billpoint or PayPal does not complete the transaction, it merely specifies the method of payment that they would like to use. But since you have already done that, maybe you could try changing the wording or making the wording in caps or in bold text.

For me, most of my customers just don't bother filling it out. For the last week or so I've been having strange troubles with WBN's being misunderstood. One person hit the reply in the email, filled out the WBN and tried to email it to me! By the time I got it, the form was blank. I explained to him that it was a form that gets submitted to AW and that after filling it out, he should push the button at the bottom of the form. Then later I heard back from him stating that "your program freeze's, what do we do now? any ideas?" and I had to explain to him that it DID work, his info was received by AW and that it did not freeze up, the info was sent to AW but not by email and that it was NOT MY program but a function of the AW website. People are strange.

I probably have maybe 6 out of 10 people actually fill out the form. Then those 6 that do 2 of them pay by different methods then they stated on the form.

Another strange bidder to deal with. The auction ended last night and a WBN was sent to him. Now this morning I received an email from him which reads:
