racemail	posted on October 11, 2001 03:04:44 PM I have hundreds of email addresses in my Customer folder ;however, many are repeat customers and their email address is listed many of times. I want to send out a "Thank You" note, but, do not want some people to get 10 copies of it. HOW DO I GET RID OF: the many duplicate email addresses??? HELP!

Does this mean that if yo uwant to contact people on the lsits to inform of coming auctions, if they have won numerous auctions then they would be contacted that siad amount of times?
