Need to know when this problem will be fixed? I have a lot of WBNs to send out and there is nothing I can do. I hate to do this manually , I don't have the time & you've been paid to do it! I just don't understand how every week there is another new problem, last week I was having a problem with items listing that I did not list ... the time before that it was some kind of relist problem... what is the problem over there??? Do you think if Ebay had little "glitches" or "bugs" like you do, people would continue to do business with them, NO! They handle problems Quick and Efficiently. I don't want to keep on complaining ... I just want the service that was paid for ... PERIOD, and I am really growing tired of coming back to this message center to see what the problem of the day is. I don't think it is too much to ask for a professional service to do what they are paid to do.

Hi All,
This problem is related to Hotmail users. If you or your customers are using the Hotmail service you will not be able to send the notices. Apparently there are some conflicts between AuctionWatch and Hotmail that are being investigated and that should be resolved shortly.

RE: "resolved shortly" What is your difinition of "shortly"? It seems to me "shortly" came and went yesterday already. How about "resolved sooner or later", or "resolved once we hire someone who knows what their doing", or "gee, we got no idea whats wrong so we're going to blame it on hotmail".

I can't list anything tonight. I just paid AW $200 - do they have some type of SLA to refund loss of time. I am losing money...

How could you pay $200 when they discontinued that program? I thought that they were only doing the Business Edition and the 'standard plan' in the future? Or, was there a short window to sign up?
