I do not understand how this happens. Can someone PLEASE explain it to me.

First I list ALL my auction and relist all my auctions using AW and scheduling them for a date and launch time. I rarely use launch now. Yet I have 110 auctions on ebay but only 108 on my AW active list in the controll panel. What happened to the other two auctions? This has happened before and I just what to know HOW it can happen? Is it me, something I am doing or possible not doing? What can I do to fix it now and so it stops happening? Of course on occasion it is the other way around, ebay have less items - that I know how to fix. But this is AW having less items. I just do not get it.

PLEASE explain how this happens, what I need to do to get it fixed, and what I need to do to stop it from happening.

Thanks,

Hi Richierich,

What you would have to do is find out which auctions are missing and track them is using the Track feature. Make sure you track by item # as we are having issues with the other methods.

I have 110 items not just 5. How would you suggest I figure out which items are missing and not spend more then 5 minutes do it?

BESIDES - Please answer the questions. Which are:

PLEASE explain -
HOW this happens
WHAT I need to do to get it fixed
What I need to do to stop it from happening.

Hi RichieRich,

Were these items created in AMPro and synchronized to your account, or were they all created in Auction Manager?

I can not tell you 100% for sure.

If they were relist, or a second of an already sold item I would have done them directly from the closed auction list.

If they are a new item (first time I have listed) it was most likely done in AmPRo.

Hope that tells you something!

I REALLY HAVE A PROBLEM!

It turns out that what has happened to me AGAIN is 2 items launched TWICE.
item #1649308853 is the same as 1649318084 and #1649297826 is the same as 1649296977.

That it the exact same problem I have had in the past. I scheduled these items from the closed auction list. In pending they only showed up once. I did have this message ( I copied it because I have had this problem before)
'NWT 4XL Ralph Lauren L/S Button Down Shirt' has already been relisted/scheduled for relist.
'NWT Size 19-34 Button Down L/S Shirt 3X 4X' has already been relisted/scheduled for relist.
'NWT Sz 3X BIG Polo Pocket T-Shirt - Blue S/S' has already been relisted/scheduled for relist.
'NWT 3XT Ralph Lauren L/S Button Down Shirt' has already been relisted/scheduled for relist.
'NWT Size 3X BIG Polo Pocket T-Shirt - Black' has already been relisted/scheduled for relist.
'NWT Size 19-35 L/S Dress Shirt 3X 4X' has already been relisted/scheduled for relist.
Schedule 'NWT 3XT Ralph Lauren L/S Button Down Shirt': is scheduled to be relisted on eBay on 10/15/01 19:00.
Schedule 'NWT Size 19 - 35 Dark Button Down L/S Shirt': is scheduled to be relisted on eBay on 10/15/01 19:00.
Schedule 'Brand NEW Air Duration RW Walk Nike Size 14': is scheduled to be relisted on eBay on 10/15/01 19:00.
Schedule 'NWT Savane Khakis 50 X 34': is scheduled to be relisted on eBay on 10/15/01 19:00.
Schedule 'NWT 2XT Ralph Lauren L/S BLACK Shirt Polo': is scheduled to be relisted on eBay on 10/15/01 19:00.
Please note that the listing may not move from your 'pending' to 'active' panel immediately after launch. It will move, however, as soon as we've updated it; usually within a few minutes after launch

NOTE - the 5 items that say "has already been relisted/scheduled for relist" These are the ones that ways cause a problem.

NWT Size 19-35 L/S Dress Shirt 3X 4X' has already been relisted/scheduled for relist.
The above is one that listed TWICE!

You have no choice but to click the continue bottom at the bottom as there is no other button there!

I hope this helps in getting this fixed once and for all.

Hi RichieRich,

There is currently an issue with tracking auctions that engineering is investigating. This is why not all your active auctions tracked in. I will keep you posted on the progress of this problem.

This is MORE then a tracking auction issue.

WHY are they launching TWICE? This cost me money.

It appears that you are missing the point. At first I thought it was a tracking issue but after spending over an hour matching AW active to ebay I discovered it was TWO items that launched twice. If they both would have had bids I would have a major problem on my hands as I can not sell one item 2 times!

Hi Richierich,

We apologize for this problem. Our engineers are currently working on a solution. In the meantime, please cancel the auctions on eBay if you have not already done so. Please request a refund for the 2 duplicate auctions at https://secure.auctionwatch.com/my/acct/request_refund.html.

Thank you for your patience.

AW's refunding is way to complicated for ten cents!
I refuse to spent 10 minutes to get a dime out of you guys.

I hope someone is working on making the refund process worth the time it takes to do it!
