Here's a scenario regarding Relists that I think I need some clarification and/or help with.
OK, I have an auction that I launch through AW to run on eBay.
The item doesn't sell.
I relist it - within the 30 days - using AW.
Darn, but it still doesn't sell.
So, AW, is there any way to flag or identify this item in the CLOSED list? Maybe a different color, or an icon, or something?
I mean, if you've got all this sales management "stuff" in this web site I sure would like to know the percent of relists don't work. It would give me a better idea of whether I should continue the practice with that item or wait for a different time.
OK, now everybody else - any ideas on how to handle this?
Unfortunately there is not a way at this time to identify auctions that you have relisted more than one time in closed auctions, other than going through your unsold list to see which ones didn't sell during the relist. However I will pass your suggestion along to Product Development, as it is a good one.
