I posted this morning that for one month plus, all of the photos that I have uploaded are NOT being scaled down. You stated at 1052 am that you had "resaved" my preferences. I uploaded two new photos at 133 pm central time and STILL NO success. (photos are names tampa591 and tampa592, ebay auction # 1018623094) ALL of my photos for FOUR plus weeks have not been scaled down and this is COSTING me $$$$$ as they are a pain to open when they are full sized! I went over to another site and uploaded the SAME exact photos to see if the problem was mine, but they did get scaled down as expected. Also, please look at ebay auction # 1018601840 as it has two photos, one old and one new. The older one with me and Ernie Banks is scaled down as should be, the other that was uploaded today is NOT. I even took the temporary cookie from auction watch out of my internet files to see if that would "restart" me with no success. I have paid auction watch the annual fee for unlimited listings and this is costing me a great deal of money. Obviously, resaving the preferences is NOT helping. PLEASE, this is a MONTH PLUS OLD PROBLEM! Any other suggestions? PLEASE HELP!!! Thanks in advance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Foulball,
What browser are you using? If you are using the AOL browser, please try a different browser (such as Internet Explorer). Hopefully we can resolve this problem today -- it's got to be something in your browser settings somewhere, as I've been unable to replicate it on my end and there haven't been any emails coming in with this same problem.

No change in browser in over a year! Using Internet Explorer. Uploading photos from floppy taken by a Sony Mavica that I have been using for over 3 years. Zero changes except for the photos. Just uploaded 5 photos for ebay auction # 1018652930 with the same exact results, nothing scaled down. REALLY need to figure this one out QUICKLY as all of my auctions are bringing about 50% of their normal price!! THANKS

Hi Foulball,
Do you upload your images prior to creating the auction or do you do it when you are in the process of creating it? Do you check eBay preview to see how it will look before launching it? If you look at the eBay preview then you should see how it's going to appear, try doing another auction using eBay preview and if it appears that it won't show up as scaled down, post and let me know which auction so I can go look at it.
