There seems to be a continous problem with the Winning bidder notices. I have had to manually send these for a couple of months now. Sometimes they send but most of the time they do not, so I do them manually. Tonight I had two that were automatically sent and the rest I did manually and the box checked as if it sent but I did not recieve my copy which tells me they must not have sent as I have it set to send myself a copy of the notice when it is emailed. HELP, can this problem be fixed. I would really like to know the siutuation as this has been ongoing for some time. If it is not in your plan to make the WBN notices work automatically on an ongoing basis I would like to know so I can plan an alternative measure that is permanant. It is difficult to do business this way when there is no consistancy to this.
