Your sign in page says control all auctions on one site. After going through the workshop on Ebay tonight, it appears that we will have to do something regarding the Ebay Check Out even if we don't want to use it.
Would you please reconsider your statement that you are not going to support it? If you do not support it, we will have to go and revise every auction after it lists and it will be a major pain.
I know you prefer not to do it, but as a service to your users, I think you should, and according to what Ebay is saying, they expect you to now that you are tied into their system.

I am with you! I list over 150 auctions per week and the thought of revising each one of them just makes me sick. It will certainly force me to look at Ebay's Sales Assistant Pro.
Please Auctionwatch, please add this new feature - CHECKOUT. Let your users at least have the option to use it!

Can someone show me the thread that discusses this new eBay 'thing'? I am not familiar with it! ... [that's IF this AW ad pop-up quits getting in our way of typing this!] ...

Hey guys, GET A GRIP!
This extract is from the eBay Checkout FAQ:
<<<Is Checkout required for sellers?
No, Checkout is not required. Checkout is an optional feature that provides a fast way to complete the sale.
Sellers may select to not provide Checkout information such as shipping & handling, sales tax, and insurance when listing an item. Even if sellers do not provide Checkout details, buyers will be able to access Checkout from closed listing pages, My eBay, and End of Auction notices. They may use Checkout in this case to send sellers their shipping address and request more information. Sellers can respond using their current methods.>>
This pretty much sounds like eBay is building a WBN form - what's so bad about that?
So you don't have to worry - except about the way in which AW actually implements this new "feature" - my guess is, it won't work as initially designed.
Sorry AW, but your recent track record sorta kinda speaks volumes...
