I've been for over 1 hour trying to open the page: http://wsacp.auctionwatch.com/my/acp/edit_auction.html IT IS IMPOSSIBLE! I've refreshed and resent information several times, and it won't open (just the top panel). I called my Mom and my sister and they tried to open it in their computers with my user, and no success! What is happening??? To be honest I am very upset with so many problems since we are paying for this service and it seems we'll be paying more. I don't e-mail customer service because that is useless. I never get any replies.
PLEASE HELP!!! A day without listing hurts my business.

Hi Cuteangel,
Sometimes there are connection issues between a person's ISP and our servers, or the browser cache may be too full. I noticed when I went to your control panel that you have a huge number of closed auctions. If you no longer need all of those in your account, you may want to consider deleting some of them as that can also help loading time - especially when you are trying to get into post sale.

Sonya: YOU ARE GREAT!!! This is the first time I get a good answer from AW. I've never gotten anybody to give me any advise. I just deleted months of auctions I didn't need and it is going faster.
