I use PSM for all my auctions...many bidders do not fill out/return the WBN form (for whatever reason)...would like to be able to select a group and enter multiple WBN's received rather than go into each auction one by one to select that a WBN was received as I like to use the waiting response to track completed auctions...I've made this suggestion before with no response...anyone else think this would be helpful?

Sorry, but many suggestions which were called good and "passed on to development" just are not going to be done. I used to keep a list but it is a waste of time. The addressee print on the mailing label needs to be fixed (easy). The feedback reminder needs to be fixed (easy). The control panel needs a timestamp (easy). We need a copy function for completed auctions. (easy) In defense of AW, they are really awfully busy and need to interface with Checkout. I am sure they are all (and there may only be one or two of 'them') busy on that. jmho

Agree with rgrem. I have given up requesting anything knowing that suggestions passed on simply fall on deaf ears.

Actually, "deaf ears" is not the correct phrase. And it really bothers me that I'm actually saying something on AW's defense, but:
They do listen. They do have meetings to review requirements. They do prioritize which changes they can make; and which they can't. It really is just like any other business - even though we (as users) don't always see it that way.
Yes, eBay's Checkout feature is going to cause some rather severe code-crunching on AW's part (thank goodness for that API, right?). But, there are still the other requests that are queued.
At the same time, I want to turn around a phrase I heard from someone at AW the other day: Does every set of changes that AW makes really cause immense confusion on the part of AW users? Just imagine if they actually fixed everything we asked for?!?!
