I just read that wbn's are/were not going out to hotmail accounts, thanks, I got a negative out of it. Please tell me that you can remove it? If not, would you please email us, rather than posting it, it's not a problem that I was even aware of (wouldn't have ever) if I hadn't been roaming through the announcements, accidentally. Arggg, I blamed the user and left them a negative as well. Please help!!!
Also, it seems that there are other auctions, (which ones, who knows) that are not getting WBNs, I have been getting emails saying that they hadn't heard from me. My standard way of responding is to resend the WBN, thinking that would take care of it. I feel like a shmuck and I am livid.

Most of my WBN's are misunderstood and I just posted to a misunderstood WBN thread on AW. I was told the Hotmail issue for WBN's was resolved but maybe not. I got a strange email this morning from a bidder. I thought he'd misunderstood the WBN but I just checked his email address and it is a Hotmail address, so I'm wondering if he even got his WBN. So should I resend the WBN or should I handle this one the old fashioned way? And if I do it the old fashioned way do I get my AW final value fee back since I am unable to use the WBN that I am paying for? (I know, I just thought I'd ask). Here is what the bidders email said:
