good morning, i have several unsold listings that i intended to relist last nite. they were originally launched thru AW and have either disappeared from my closed auction list or i deleted them and have imported them back into my closed list thru the track auction feature.
my problem is that when i click to relist, i get the following;

--------------------------------------------- This feature helps you relist an auction that did not previously sell. Many auction venues will allow you to relist an item once without charging listing fees.

Note: The following items are unavailable for relist or copy:
- ART NOUVEAU HEART LOCKET - imported auction
---------------------------------------------

i have tried and failed a hundred times to revise or relist directly thru ebay. there is a glitch in the programming somewhere that i'm told by ebay is because i launch thru AW.
so if i can't access these features at ebay, and i can't relist this thru AW, what should i do?
assistance is appreciated. suze

Hi Suze,

Unfortunately you cannot relist an imported auction. For this reason, you should be sure not to delete any auctions you might possibly want to relist in the future. When you attempted to relist on eBay, what is the error that you receive? Also keep in mind that if you relist an AW created auction on eBay, you will be charged image hosting fees for the images in that auction if you are under the Standard Plan.

sonja, the auctions i'm having trouble with are those which just disappeared from my list a couple weeks ago. i have read several posts on the board from others who have also had this happen.
so now i'm out the relist because my list just went poof?
and i used to be able to relist from tracked auctions, why did that change?
the problem at ebay is that when you edit a listing or relist, then scroll to the bottom of the listing page and click on continue, when it goes to the view page, most of the time, only a varying portion of that page comes in. sometimes you get just the banner, sometimes as much as half the page, occasionally you get the whole page and then a repeat of it minus the submit button. i have sat backpaging and going forward again for ages and still not gotten the view page to fully load. i know i'm not the only person this happens to from my discussions with other ebayers. our common links seem to be AW and aol.
ebay says it's either your fault or aol, you say it's theirs or aol and so the problem is NEVER resolved. the problem started a year ago intermittently and is now constant. i can occasionally get a couple revisions done before it fails but very rarely!

Hi Suze,

I apologize for the inconvenience this relisting problem has brought you. You may request a refund through our refund request form, available at this URL:

https://secure.auctionwatch.com/my/acct/request_refund.html

The URL can be found on our site by clicking the "Got questions about this statement?" link on your statement.

We will be handling refunds on a case-by-case basis, so please be as clear and concise in detailing the problem as possible.

Regarding the problems you have been having with editing a listing -- try using an alternate browser such as IE or Netscape instead of AOL. Let us know if that does not work.

sonja, while i was replying to your last post, more of my closed auctions have just disappeared!
i am working on listings and relists today and finding that a lot of my closed listings have just gone away...i did not delete them!
this one was there last nite but is now gone; #1642808054. i'm going to have to go thru all my paperwork now to find a complete inventory of the listings i've lost.
what is going on?
sending me for a credit doesn't solve my problem or reimburse me for the lost fee at ebay if i can't relist does it? if not, then it's not a solution. i want the listings back and to be able to relist from them!
and yes, i have tried IE and there's no improvement in the relist situation thru there. i don't have netscape. suze
