I relisted an auction through Ebay yesterday rather than AW and my auction is not showing up on my AW screen. How do I get it back? (and yes I've refreshed the screen, deleted my cookies etc etc!)

Go to Auction Manager, click on "Track Auction" and enter either your eBay seller id or the actual auction id.

It should show up on your list.

BUT - if you have any images in the auctions, be prepared to pay for each one of them...

Hi Glassgrl,

Unfortunately when you relist on eBay and not on AW, the auction will not automatically appear on your AW control panel -- you will have to track it back in, as noted by Kahml. Relisting will also cause you to incur image hosting charges, if you have AW hosted images in that auction.

Hi Glassgrl,

This is also because it was relisted on eBay and imported to AW. To see the hits for your counter, you will need to go to the old counter system page. You can get there easily through this link:

http://wsacp.auctionwatch.com/my/count/

The old counter system can also be found through the Legacy image hosting system.

so now every time I want to see the counter I have to go to that page? It won't ever show up under my auctions??

BTW, ya'll might want to go over there to the FAQ page and change how this reads>>>>

Is there a fee to use your counters or image hosting service?
No, the counters and image hosting have been and always will be free!

Hi Glassgrl,

If you relisted your AW created auction through AW, then it will show up in your Control Panel in the hits column. But because you relisted directly on eBay and had to import that auction back into your AW account, the hits column will read N/A.

Thanks for the heads up on the FAQ page!
