Ok, I am losing my mind with your image system. I rerun auctions using the same pictures over and over and have tons and tons of them. Every 90 days I have to go and double click each and every single thumbnail to trick it into being reloaded!! This is a nightmare I tell you a nightmare! You know if you click just one thing wrong it takes you to the big picture page then you have to backpage! It literally took me 2 days to reload everything and I have to do it every 3 months!! This is ridiculous, I pay I should have either the right to keep them til I delete them or, you should have an option box at the bottom after you maybe check them to reload or something. Please respond to me about this. I almost went insane clicking those thumbnails so the pictures wouldn't go bye bye!
Thanks for your reply

Hi coolaroni,
The system will retain your images as long as they are either 1. reset by you in image hosting, or 2. attached to an actively viewed auction. Once an image has not been viewed for 75+- days, the deletion flag is set and the red warning message is displayed. This lets you know which images need to be viewed in order to retain them.
I understand that if you have a large inventory, resetting the images one by one can be very time-consuming. I will escalate this as an issue, and perhaps we can come up with a more efficient solution.

This is an URGENT issue. Many users will be springing for $12.95/month for the priviledge of unlimited (which should mean w/o restriction) image hosting, and that should mean unfettered access and usage w/o the refresh force.
