I have a cc already posted with AW since I use your sevices. I would like to change my AW name. How do I do that?
If you would like to change your AuctionWatch.com account name, you will need to register a new account (please note that your AuctionWatch.com user name does not need to match your eBay ID.)
Unfortunately, we cannot transfer your existing account information to your new account. This means that any images that you have stored in your current account will need to be re-uploaded into the new account. You can, however, import your active and closed auctions into the new account by utilizing the "track" feature in Auction Manager. You will also need to manually delete the auction site/payment service IDs from your existing account and enter them into your new account.
Please be aware that you may register multiple accounts for use in listing auctions, however, only one account per email address is allowed, and only one account per user may be used for posting messages in our Message Center.
