Had a few auctions that did not list last night (another 25 or so went OK). I left them in "pending" so you chould check them out. They have an error listed that I have not seen before:

I received one last night, too, and just came looking for an answer - thanks for posting, I'll try relaunching.
A transient error at eBay caused the failure. The error message stated too that this was the response received from eBay. If you encounter this problem again in the future, you may also try to preview your listing using the eBay Preview button. If this works, then the item should launch
successfully.
