Hello,

I need some help with understanding how to change my Checkout info on Ebay when I am lauunching my auctions from AW. I assume that it must be done by changing one of my "Preference" areas here at AW?? I basically just want to change my Checkout Instructions and Return Policy, and I can't find where I can do that. Thanks!---Sam

Sorry Kshoops. You have to revise each auction through Ebay to do the checkout thing. AW is working on implementing this feature.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply---but I was wondering---currently, I never set any type of default message with either Ebay or AW, so why does each auction that I have currently running already have a message included at the bottom in my Checkout and return Policy section?

I am just curious as to why I have a message included with each of my auctions when I never personally typed a message to be included but instead was included by someone else (either AW or Ebay, not sure which at this point). Thanks for your help.

Hello,

What wording at the end of your auctions are you referring to? I checked your preferences and your current active auctions and did not see any additional wording.

Christopher,

Hi, the wording I was referring to was down at the very bottom right hand side of my active auctions under the heading "Checkout Instructions and Return Policy" where it says "If product does not arrive in stated condition, refund arrangements will be made." I am not sure how that statement got placed in my auctions. Thanks

Hello,

That is rather odd. Try creating a sample auction at eBay directly, and see if they have some type of default information stored for your account.

Hello,

You are right--after going to Ebay to do a sample auction, that message was defaulted and included with my auction description. I have no idea how to change that default with Ebay---any ideas? I didn't see where Ebay allowed me to edit that info.

Hello,

I am actually not sure how to change it -- you may want to ask eBay customer support to see if they can assist you with it. Here is the URL to their help forum:
