I have just started using the "BUY IT NOW" feature on Ebay while listing through AuctionWatch. My first auction ended today using that feature and it is not showing up anywhere on my Auctionwatch pages as closed or sold. The only way I knew it had closed was the message from Ebay. I can't find it anywhere in my Auctionwatch pages. I want to relist the item again and I want to print out an invoice/shipping label and keep track of it on my Post Sales page but it is not there. It closed about 7 hours ago. Does AuctionWatch not support that feature on Ebay unless we use the storefront for "Buy It Now?" Help. Thanks so much.

I have had the same problem!
The way I have been able to force it to show up is to Do A Control Refresh On the Active Auction Page And The Same thing On The Closed Page Also, than I can see it in Post sale.
Hope This Helps untill we get word from auction watch!

Hi there,
At times, Buy It Now auctions may either remain in your active list for a time after the auction closes. As wesaveyoumoney mentioned, you may work around this by refreshing your active list (click the check boxes next to the active auctions, then the "refresh" button at the top of the list.) This will accelerate the process of closing your auction within our system.
We realize that this is inefficient for you, and we are currently working on rectifying the issue with BIN latency. We hope to have this issue resolved shortly. Thank you for your patience, and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.
