Every time I try to rvise an auction launched from AW it is next to impossible. I am trying to revise one. ( I needed to change the title) everytime I change the title and click on the continue button it just gives me a blamk white page and I can not continue. I do not revise very often but it seems I never can if I want to.

I don't revise very often either as I spend a lot of time checking and rechecking all my auctions and proof reading everything to make sure it is correct before uploading to AW because I learned the hard way that I can't revise either. A few of my auctions that launched within the last week should be revised but I can't so instead I'll just have to answer more emails this week from confused potential bidders asking me stuff. Oh, well. Just another day at the office, heh? I'll just make another pot of coffee and have another piece of leftover halloween candy

If you want some help, please send me an e-mail. There is a browser that allows you to modify auctions on eBay without any problems.

Thanks kahml. AW it is a shame there has been no response from you on this matter. Seem as if you guys are more concerned about how many pop up adds you can get going at one time that helping us that pay your fees. It is obvious there is a fix for this and it is not an isolated problem. If so you should have no problem with it being posted or a link to solving the problem posted. I would think more of you as a company allowing this and most certainly think even LESS of you for not and deleting it as fast as possile. Thanks again for ignoring my request for help and I will be sure to weigh that in when it comes time for me to decide to renew my service or not.

Ah, Tom, but the "terms and conditions" that we agreed to - bet you read all of those, huh - prevent us from actually making any reference to ANY other site - whether it is an auction-related site or not. But somehow, mentioning eBay, Yahoo, and Amazon as auction-sites doesn't seem to be against the rules.
At one point, one of the tech moderators actually let a reference to the browser web site stay. A different post got deleted.
I figure it this way: anyone who looks can e-mail me and find out. I really don't mind. In my business, helping the client is THE rule.
