Night before last and last night my auctions failed to launch. I get a message that says it's ebay and they don't recognize my password/screen name. I had just changed my password before this problem began. I am contacting ebay also, but want to ask AW if there is any chance the problem lies here?

Hi Troyjanna,
You need to change the password in Universal Registration to reflect the change that you made at eBay. Without correct login information we cannot launch your auctions.
You can edit your eBay information by going to Universal Registration, clicking on Edit next to your eBay account, and entering in the new password.
