Is anyone else having a problem with their Webtv suddenly shutting off ONLY on the AuctionWatch site? I listed 5 auctions today & then it did it. Seems to be when I am waiting for a page. Webtv says it's crashing. AW's canned answer says it's MY fault as usual. Funny it happens after 2 years of being perfect. If you are having trouble too, please let me know. Thanks.
We cannot say that we would ever tell a WebTv users that the reason their machine is crashing is something they did, regardless I doubt there is anything you are doing yourself (unless you decided to start using it to shovel the driveway) to cause this.
I would suggest simply shutting the machine all the way down, and letting it sit for a few minutes before you reboot it. That may be just enough time for it to work whatever bug causing this out if the system.

I have been havin problems with my webtv powering off for the past 4 days or so. This is not happening on any other site...just here on auctionwatch???. It does not happen each and every time I list, but at least every three auctions and sometime more frequently. The only pages that seem to crash my system is the the main listing page and when uploading the pics to the listing page. Ebay viewing and all other pages load slow at times, but does not shut my system off.

I talked to a Webtv tech today & they say nothing has been changed in their operation that would cause this. They did suggest I get rid of all emails. Because the machine is overloaded probably. I'll try that now. I still don't understand why it only happens erratically.
