Tried to start Amazon and Yahoo auctions and both failed. Not sure what is wrong?

Hi,

For Amazon, you must indicate that you accept Amazon payments to list. Add this payment option and attempt to preview your listings.

For Yahoo, they are indicating that you have an outstanding balance with them. Log into your Yahoo account directly and attempt to list a test item, then Yahoo should prompt you for billing information.
