I noticed today that my winning yahoo auctions are not being seen by Auction Watch. This is very bad for me as our network was down for about 3 days and i was relying on the WBN's to take care of me. This did not happen and now I am confused. Can this be fixed. If so how can I get my winning auctions to move to the WBN section. here are some of the auction ids:

56072594
56072584
56072579
56072556

I am new to auction watch as well as bulk listings on the auctions. I was promoted to a position at work to sell access Computer Drives and things are going well so far. Is this an ongoing type of problem that I should expect from Auction Watch and if so, are there any other services available that do not present these types of issues?

Thanks,

Bryce

Hi Bryce,

Were these auctions relists that were originally created on AW, but relisted on Yahoo?

Yes, i did specify them to be relisted in the preferances of the auction. However this was done in Auction manager. Does it not track auctions that have been relisted?

I am having the same problem. Yahoo Auction has a winner but the PSM key is not showing. It is Yahoo Auction 56755722. This was relisted through AuctionWatch.

Well, I asked my first question and it was answered with a question. That would be ok if it was followed by a solution. This service would be better if this problem was not happening to me. It is causing me some confusion. I will be trying out some other solutions over the next few days. If anyone knows of a better place to handle my auctions please let me know. All I want is an answer!

Hello tsliauctions,

Sorry for the delay in response.

If you select to have Yahoo automatically relist your auction, it will not track into your Auction Manager.

Only auctions that you launch, or relist from AuctionWatch will automatically track into your Auction Manager and have use of the post sale tools. Items that you relist outside of AuctionWatch and track in will not work in post sale.

Sorry for any confusion.

Badgeman - If you relisted your item via AuctionWatch, and the item was automatically tracked in your Auction Manager then it should have post sale keys if the item sold.
Try placing a check mark next to that item listed/relisted from here and click the refresh button.

Hi tsliauctions,

Then when you say this you mean that in the create auction form you checked the box to automatically relist it at Yahoo - that is why the item did not track automatically into your Auction Manager or have post sale keys.

If when you say this you mean you did not check that box, rather selected that closed item from your closed section of the Auction Manager and clicked to relist it from there - and refreshing did not correct it then there is still an error.

Thank you for cleaing that up for me. If there is a way to track auctions that are set to relist you guys should do it. That would be good because the relistings are free and thats what I like about them but it screws me up when they are not tracked.

Chris, I have tried everything with the refresh button more than once. I used the AuctionWatch refresh and the browser refresh button. IT DID NOT WORK!

Hi Badgeman,

Which item number are you working on with this issue? I checked your account, but could not seem to locate an item that was not tracked in with a winning bidder and no PSM keys.

Hello Chris. It is Yahoo Auction #56755722.

Hi Badgeman,

This listing shows up with the counter as N/A, which is usually a sign that an item has been tracked into the Auction Manager manually rather than automatically when you list or relist from here. That would cause it to lose the PSM keys for this listing.
Otherwise, this happened in error and does not seem to be able to correct itself, and you will need to do your post sale communication for this listing outside of AuctionWatch.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
