Unfortunately, I have an NPB on an eBay auction.

I clicked the NPB button and somehow the hot link to eBay's site for all of this stuff is nowhere to be found.

I know that it was there 7 days ago when I first had to deal with this guy. When you did maintenance earlier this week did you "drop" it?

If so, could you folks >please< put it back the way it was?

If not, could you at leat have the exact location in one of your FAQs?

I'd be pushing it to ask for both, right?

Thanks!

Larry

Hi Larry,

I was able to successfully complete a non paying bidder form, what part of it do you get help up on?

Where's the link to the eBay site that has the "time line" of events?

OK - I found the link on eBay's site - it is now in an IE "favorites" folder.

Now - where, in all of AW, is the place where I can request a credit for the NPB?

After all this time, the site map doesn't have a link, the Customer Service page doesn't have a link, the My Account page doesn't have a link.

COME ON, NOW!

I recall that in the past, you've had to include the URL in one of your replies.

Isn't that, well, stupid?

I'm just too aggravated this morning. But you might want to seriously consider implementing this "enhancement" despite my demeanor.

Thanks!

Hi Kahml,

In the event of a non-paying bidder, you may request a refund of the final value
fee (please be aware that the listing fee is not refundable.) In order to qualify for the refund, you will need to provide proof from the auction site that you had a non-paying bidder to get a refund to your account.

As proof, we will accept a copy and paste of the line item from your eBay statement, showing the refund from eBay. You may copy and paste it directly into the text field in the refund request form, available at:

https://secure.auctionwatch.com/my/acct/request_refund.html

Please note that you must be logged in to access this form.

Sonya, thank you.

But, please let me ask you the obvious question:

Why, if this URL is a subset of the "My Account" page, is it NOT available as a link from that page?

It just doesn't make any sense.

I have found the same problem. AW has taken away functionality. There used to be a link when you went to the NPB page to the Ebay NPB process. It is now gone. Why is AW ignoring this guys question. You act like nothing has happened. You changed your website by taking away a link and are acting like it was never there in the first place.

I was just going to post a message asking the same question. Until this week AM had a link directly to Ebay's non-paying bidder form. Now it's gone and you have to go to Ebay and open the form there. I'd, for one, appreciate having this feature returned to Auction Manager.

Hello,

I am not sure what link you are referring to, but I will see if something has been changed on that page.
