I have had a tremendous amount of problems trying to launch auctions from AW to Yahoo. I was getting errors and when customer support was notified they told me that my error was evidence of an AW problem with Yahoo and they were escalating the problems to a high priority. I waited 3 or 4 days before I could get another error. Then I started having problems with AW passing the correct "key" to Yahoo. I went to Yahoo PayDirect, changed my "key password", then back to AW profile options and updated the Yahoo profile. It finally started taking 9 of 16 auctions but would not do ANY postsale transactions for me. I imported the other seven auctions at least. This week I listed the auctions without using AW and it would not even track the auctions. Am I stupid or is AW having difficulties. My business is growing and I need a functional service to help me. Please advise.

Hi Smcd,
Some Yahoo! services, such as Yahoo! Mail and Yahoo! Auctions, require you to periodically enter your password even though you are already signed in. They do this to protect you in case you forgot to sign out.
You will need to manually sign in to Yahoo then come back to AW and launch your auction.
You can change these security settings by going to:

As far as the PSM keys, we noticed that problem happening and repaired it quickly. If you are still having problems you should refresh your closed section and the PSM keys should appear.
