I have had so many problems with auctionwatch since I set up this account. I have other accounts which I have never had any problems with.
Here is my next problem. When I set up my preferences, I selected SEND WINNING BIDDER NOTIFICATION. It is selected on the item as well, yet no one is getting ther WBN. This has happened since my accounts inception. I have gone into post sale and celected the SEND WBN, and they are still not getting them, even though the number one is blue.
Can you look at my account please?

Hi Moviestarmarket,

I checked your account and it looks like none of your recent winners have had WBNs sent to them. Did you set the auto-WBN send after these auctions went live? Did you have to track these auctions in at any time? Did you change your eBay information for this account? You will need to manually send the WBNs again for these auctions.

Sonya,
my post sale preferences have been set since the onset of my account. It has been selected to send WBN. It is also selected in the item itself. I have had to manually send letters. I have tried selecting the #1 in the bar next to the winning bidder and selecting "1 click send" option. The #1 highlights but the bidder never receives it.
Help! I forgot what it was like to do all of these things manually!

Hi Moviestarmarket,

I think I know what might be causing the problem, I just looked at your registered email address and it appears you have your name added to the .com. I fixed it for you, so now try to send them again. Let me know if this works.
