Why did you remove the direct link to Ebay when you click the Non-Paying bidder button on the fufillment page?

Hi Mantczak,
we did not remove the link, we just renamed it. The link did not lead to eBay, but to our relist page. Notice that eBay only provides for FVF refund for non-paying bidders, so the page now (correctly) states that you can Resubmit (instead of Relist) the item.

This is the second post - in a week - where you folks at AW have not realized what the question was asking about this matter.
Let's be clear:
As of two weeks ago, if you clicked on the NPB button of the Fulfillment Checklist page, you got a page that allows you to Relist the item. ON THAT PAGE there was a link that took you to eBay's time line page of NPB functions.
That URL is http://pages.ebay.com/help/community/npb.html
Somehow, when you (AW) modified the text on the page you removed the link to eBay. A lot of us would like it put back on that page.
Is this going to be a hard thing to do? I should hope not!
On the topic, I think several months ago, I requested an enhancement for the My Account page, so that the refund request at AW could be clicked for the specific auction. What ever happened with that one?
