When a customer fills out the wbn and uses step 5 box Message to Seller , this note should be included on the printable invoice or in the auction checklist or there should be a flag on the auction checklist letting me know there are special instructions or a message. Otherwise I cant check all my view responses to see if there is a message , I have now instructed my customers not to fill in the box and to just email me. There needs to be a quicker implementation of auctionwatch upgrades such as this , as soon as possible as the competition has these features.

I made the same suggestion a year ago and AW said they'd forward it, and as you can see nothing has changed. AW, how about triggering those messages so they are sent to us as separate emails. Who has the time to check every single WBN to see if a buyer has left a message?
