I have been with AW for almost 2 years and have learned to refresh my Auction Manager when I first log into the site. Any '0' bids are often replaced with a number for an actual bid. Of course I know that not everything gets bids, but ever since I've learned to refresh, almost always the page gets updated and shows bids. I was going to revise one of my items tonight because it should be getting bids and when I got to the listing, it had a bid...so I went back and refreshed hoping it would show up but it didn't. I went over to My eBay and saw that I had a whole bunch of bids that were still showing '0' at AW. Are there ongoing problems I don't know about lately? Also, in the last 2 weeks, I've had 2 auctions that didn't even get a hit (never, ever happened to me before). Could this be related to the first "problem"? Of course, it never fails...after I write the problem here, I go back and find the bids are showing up now, but the "hits" thing has got to be messed up because one of those auctions that wasn't showing its bid, has '0' hits but 1 bid. Hmmm, something funny going on here!

I had to edit my first post because like I said, when I went back to the Auction Manager display after writing the whole problem in this message center the auctions that were at '0' now had the bids showing up. The one imparticular auction that has '0' hits and 1 bid is item # 1663249468. There is another auction that has run almost 5 days without a hit, that's item #1662699003. At first I thought, "well no one really wants this one" but after I saw that '0' hits, 1 bid auction I got suspicious!

Hi Idnyc,
I apologize for the late reply. We are looking into this problem right now -- we copied the auction into pending, so please leave the copy there. I would recommend checking your html and your java script for errors just in case. As soon as we have an update, I'll post it for you.

As far as the HTML, all I did was copy one auction of a related item 12 times and changed the titles and the descriptions slightly...11 of them look normal, it's just this one that has that problem.

Hi Idnyc,
These 2 auctions seem to be the only ones where the template runs clear through the bottom of the auction and therefore is not including the counter information at all.
Were these 2 auctions listed a different way than the rest? Because on your other auctions the template stops before the bidding form.

Hi Idnyc,
Our engineers are currently looking into this. There have been a few reports of similar HTML abnormalities in other auctions. I will post when I receive more information.
