I need help with this


Note: For Nonpaying Bidder refunds, official proof of non-payment is required from eBay, such as a copy of an approval email or a copy of the refund entry in an online statement.


What do they mean "a copy of the refund entry in an online statement" ?

Please be specific, I tried it once and got denied for not enough information.

Last time I put the refernce number fom my ebay statement

Should I write the whole line?

"1452217174 Oct-16-01 15:45:42 PDT No-Sale Credit 1277772088 $13.75 - -$110.65"

Since we don't have access to your eBay statement, we do need the whole line. What you have posted above should be sufficient.
