This is the second problem that I have encountered this week with Auctionwatch.

I used to think it was so great. I am really frustrated because I listed something like 60 auctions yesterday and used Auctionwatch to Launch and track these.

All of the auctions that I launched using my own complicated HTML are fine.

I thought that I would save myself some time and use your templates. WHAT A MISTAKE

The Templates are Too Wide on Ebay and when you scroll to the right to read...you get Garbage.

Also, the Images like the snowman on your Holiday Image are broken. There are a bunch of (characters like A's all over the place).

I work hard to put out a quality ad and what I got was junk that I think will impact my sales. I also pay a lot of money because I list in 2 Different Categories and pay for 2 Gallery images. Plus, you get your share.

This isn't fair!!!! I can't afford the time or the money to cancel these ads and start over NOT USING YOUR TEMPLATES.

Please tell me WHAT IS GOING ON. If I have done something to cause this I need to know.

Some of the auctions for you to inspect are:

All Ebay

1298091807, 1298208403, 1297697493, 1297838520.

Please answer me ASAP because I am ready to list another 20 or 30 auctions.

Hi Jzwarren,

This problem is usually caused by incorrect HTML in the item description or the default listing text. Please scan through your HTML and correct the errors.

As far as the broken images, I can see the snowman fine, although it is misaligned due to the HTML. This is most likely due to the AOL caching problem that we are investigating in which AOL and CS users are having image difficulties and are causing them to appear as broken links.

Hi:

Thought you would like to know. Also, I would like to know why too.

I have just recently started using your Templates, prior to this, I used my own HTML on my Ad Pages.

Everything was fine. I decided that it just took me too long this way, so I decided to use your templates and copy over my table for Terms and Conditions, shipping terms etc.

For some reason that is what was causing the above problems that I wrote to you about. I had to go into 70 launched auctions and revise almost everyone so they would look OK, i.e., templates not broken images and going into the bid area.

Why when I do my own HTML page can I use my Terms and Conditions Table. I have used this as a Table within a Table many times on my AW launched auctions with no problem.

Yet, when I try to do this within one of your templates...it breaks everything up???

I have used AW to launch both types of Auction Pages (My HTML and your templates)but I only have a problem with your templates.

ALSO, IS ANYONE EVER GOING TO ANSWER THE QUESTION AS TO WHY I DON'T HAVE ANY CATEGORIES LOADING ON MY NEW LISTING PAGES (OR FOR THAT MATTER, OLD PENDING OR OLD CLOSED...THEY JUST DISAPPEARED AND NEVER CAME BACK.

I already told you that I am using Internet Explorer 6 provided by AOL.

Waiting to hear from you regarding the above. Thank you for your assistance.

J

Recommend you go in and look at your coding on the Square Trade blurb at the bottom. The logo is not feeding and it is not click accessible as would be expected. If you are supplying the SQ link, then you may have thrown a tag somewhere because SQ is not giving a correct feed.
