I am having complaints that WBN's are going out with a shipping rate that is higher than I have listed. I tried to duplicate the problem but everything looks OK for me.

Is anyone else getting this complaint from their customers?

AW The Glitch must be in a form after the WBN because this was the customer comment:

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that I just sent payment through paypal for this item. The shipping charge came up as $6.90? So, I put $45.00 in for the amount of the item instead of $35 and then the shipping for $6.90, comes to the $51.90. I hope this is ok. Please let me know. Thank You

#1030925100 Customer comments were:

Hi, I paid you through pay pal but at the end it kept adding more S/h so I lowered the price to make it match. I am pretty sure I did it right. If you do not receive it, let me know.
Stephanie

Shipping was $7.90 and showed as $6.90

Hi Gsomervillhotmailcom,

Were these relists? I notice that you have 6.90 listed as a shipping option but on those auctions the box wasn't checked. If they were relists, did the original auction have that as a shipping amount?

It appears the WBN is showing the correct shipping for each auction, where are the customers getting 6.90 from?

This one was a relist. The shipping is the same on original as it is on the relist. Each person says things about paypal amount being $6.90

the steps,PayPal keeps wanting to charge me 6.90 for
shipping and handling instead
of 3.20 Do you know what I need to do to make the correct payment of
15.20? Thanks

Hi gsomervillhotmailcom,

Where are the customers getting the different shipping amount from? The WBN's are showing the correct amount.

The problem is coming from Paypal.

I set up a paypal shopping cart on my web page with a flat rate shipping cost and paypal is calculating a shipping cost for my auctions at the rate I have on web page items.

Thank you for your time.
