Relisted two ebay auctions -- from ebay -- couldn't do it through AW because I got errors. Now the Hit column appears as "N/A" for the two relisted auctions. And the reset link has disappeared. All it says is "copy". Any suggestions? (And I've already tried to find the "counter manager" feature that Help refers to...can't find that feature at all. I give up!

What errors were you receiving when you tried to relist through AW? This is why you are not able to reset the counter. Keep in mind that you will be subject to image hosting fees since the relist was not done through us.

Error messages regarding the Checkout feature on ebay, I think. Yah-dah-yah-dah=0 and blah-blah=1. Couldn't change a darned thing, so I just gave up and went through ebay. Guess the image hosting fees are the price I have to pay for not understanding the infernal computer instructions. I went through checkout, and did make sure that I was specifying the appropriate shipping and insurance fees. Set everything that I could possibly set...no good. Now this. I'm not a happy camper...

If this occurs in the future, you might want to contact us immediately, leaving any errored auctions in your account so that we can take a look. Once you delete the errored auctions, or relist directly on eBay, we won't be able to determine the problem from here.
