For a while now I have noticed that my buyers are not completing the wbn. I just thought that it was on an individual basis, but now I have had several write and say they are or were unable to reply, that it wouldn't work, or the wbn itslf was too garbled to read. They are all instant wbn. Is this an overall problem, and how can I resove it until you find the bug.

I'm sorry to hear that your buyers are having trouble with the WBN system. I'm not sure what your buyers are experiencing when they try to send or access the WBN. The garbled wbn's may be caused by the user's email program not correctly reading the html, or simple user error. We have had a few reports of users not receiving the WBN, but hardly any regarding WBN responses. I would need to know more about what happens when they try to reply or a more specific description of their process.
