I'm creating listings to launch later. I'm getting red x's instead of pictures in the listings. How do I correct the red x before the listing is launched? How do I correct the red x after the listing is launched?

Hello,
If when you upload the image, all you see is that red X - delete the image and try uploading it again.
Make sure you can open this image file with your browser first and view without error also, before you attempt to upload once more.
Is this a Jpeg/Gif file, or possibly a Bitmap? Bitmap images will not thumbnail correctly however if you click on them the full size should load correctly.
The only way to correct it once you launch with a bad image is to delete it from image hosting, and upload it again corrected with the *exact* same filename. (it is case sensitive also.)
