Hello,
This is related to the new checkout / API features we and eBay have been working on.
Currently eBay is rejecting all users requests to list items with sales greater than $500 when Billpoint has been selected.
We are working with eBay to make the system check limits before denying the request, and engineering will continue to work on this until there is resolution.
Sorry we cannot give an ETA on when this issue will be corrected.

Hi Boogiestreet,
a fix for the Billpoint limit has been released. Note however that we can only allow for $500 or $2000 al Billpoint limit, as imposed by eBay. For further information, please consult http://pages.ebay.com/help/sellerguide/bp-fees.html
